When will my order ship?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (GMT+3) ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

How long does delivery within Turkey take and what does it cost?

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat ₺150 and free on orders of ₺1,500 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Turkey only. We will announce it here once international shipping is available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags. Hygiene items such as neck gaiters and balaclavas must be unused. Personalised/custom-made items cannot be returned. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item arrives and is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Bank processing may cause delays.

What fabric are your neck gaiters made of?

Our neck gaiters are made of breathable, stretchy, quick-drying microfiber performance fabric in a seamless construction, with moisture-wicking finish and optional water-repellent treatment. Prints are made by sublimation on 100% polyester. Our materials are OEKO-TEX and SGS tested, and we also hold product-specific laboratory test results.

How should I wash my products?

Wash at 30°C, inside out. This keeps the print and fabric looking new for longer.

What size are the neck gaiters?

Our neck gaiters are unisex and stretchy, fitting the face and neck comfortably. Neck gaiter size: width 24 cm, length 50 cm (±2 cm tolerance).

What sizes are the socks?

Our socks are standard one-size, unisex ankle socks.

Do your products have laboratory test results?

Yes. Our printed fabric was tested by Ekoteks Laboratuvar ve Gözetim Hizmetleri A.Ş., accredited by TÜRKAK to ISO 17025:2017 (AB-0583-T) (Report No. 2500007462, 25.03.2025). Banned azo colourants (DIN EN ISO 14362-1:2017) and carcinogenic/allergenic disperse dyes (DIN 54231:2022) were not detected (N.D). Our materials are also OEKO-TEX and SGS tested.

Are the neck gaiters antibacterial?

Our fabrics have an antibacterial and moisture-wicking finish. In the same lab report, ASTM E2149-20 testing against E. coli (ATCC 8739) measured an 85.13% bacterial reduction after 60 minutes of contact. The antibacterial finish lasts for about 10 washes; we recommend washing at 30°C inside out.

Can you make custom printed neck gaiters with our logo?

Yes. Printing by sublimation since 2011 at our Istanbul facility, we manufacture logo-printed and fully custom neck gaiters, bandanas and socks for companies, clubs, events and brands. How long does custom production take?

For custom-printed orders, production takes 3–7 business days after design approval.

Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?

You can pay by credit/debit card via a secure payment provider. Card instalments are available, with interest as applied by your bank. You can view prices in different currencies on the site; payment is charged in Turkish lira (TRY) and your bank applies the conversion.
